Paver Restoration in Tampa Bay
Deep cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing that brings faded, weed-choked pavers back to life.
Pavers don't need to be replaced just because they've faded, grown weeds between the joints, or lost their color — in most cases the pavers themselves are fine, and it's the joint sand and old sealer that have broken down.
Our paver restoration process strips out old sealer buildup and joint sand, deep cleans the paver surface, refills the joints with polymeric sand (which locks solid and resists weeds and ants far better than plain sand), and finishes with a fresh sealer in a natural, satin, or wet-look sheen.
It's a fraction of the cost of tearing out and replacing a paver patio or driveway, and when it's done the color and joints look the way they did the day they were installed.

Paver Restorations FAQ
How is paver restoration different from just pressure washing?
A wash alone cleans the surface but doesn't address broken-down joint sand or a failing sealer, which is why weeds and fading come right back. Restoration replaces the sand and reseals so the results actually hold.
Will polymeric sand really stop weeds for good?
It dramatically reduces weed and ant activity in the joints compared to regular sand, since it hardens in place once activated with water. No joint product is a lifetime guarantee, but it's a significant, lasting improvement.
Can you match my existing paver color, or change it?
Sealers come in natural (no color change), enhanced/wet-look (deepens existing color), and tinted options, so we can either restore your original look or shift the tone — we'll bring samples to your driveway or patio.
How long before I can walk or drive on restored pavers?
Foot traffic is typically fine within a day; we'll give you a specific cure window for vehicle traffic based on the sealer used.
